National Bank of Egypt NBE – Business Owners and Self Employed Loans

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of business operation for NBE customers (to be NBE customer minimum one year), and 5 years for non-NBE customers.
• Customer’s age between 21 Years and 65 Years at the loan maturity date.

Documents Required

• Copy of a valid National ID
• Copy of title documents or lease contract of business premises
• A recent utility bill of residence and business premises
• Copy of valid tax card, indicating business start date and card expiry date
• A recent extract of the commercial register (with maximum 3 months since issuing) or copy of the business license
• Corporate charter and a summary thereof, indicating equity participation shares (for business owners)
• Certified personal or corporate bank statement of account for the last year

Fees & Charges

• Administrative fees 2 % of loan value with a minimum of 300 EGP paid once and in advance
• Early settlement fees 3% if paid in cash, 5% if paid with any other payment tool
• Late payment fees 20 EGP monthly + 2% of the unpaid installment
