HSBC – Standard Personal Loan

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 and maximum age of 65 at the end of the finance repayment period
• Minimum 1 year with your current employer
• Minimum fixed gross monthly income of EGP 3,000
• You must have Egyptian nationality

Documents Required

• Valid National Identification Card
• Recent income letter on the employer’s letterhead including position held, length of employment with the current employer, income breakdown, gross and net amounts
• Recent telephone, electricity or gas utility bill (maximum 3 months old) with a minimum consumption amount of EGP 9 for electricity, EGP 3 for gas and EGP 36 for Telephone bills
• Last 3 month of bank statements or income slips

Fees & Charges

• 2% administrative fee for personal banking, HSBC Advance and HSBC Premier
• 5% for early full/partial settlement
• EGP 75 late payment fee per installment
• 4% annually on overdue interest
